Welcome to PixiDrugs, a digital platform designed to simplify pharmacy operations through efficient billing, inventory control, and reporting. By accessing or using the PixiDrugs software, website, or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Overview

PixiDrugs provides a comprehensive pharmacy management and billing solution that enables users to:

• Generate GST-compliant invoices and bills
• Manage product inventory, stock levels, and expiry tracking
• Handle purchase and sales entries efficiently
• Access detailed reports, analytics, and business insights
• Manage multiple branches or franchises
• Integrate with printers, barcode scanners, and payment gateways

PixiDrugs is intended solely for business and professional use within the pharmaceutical and healthcare retail industry.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old to create or operate an account.
• Businesses must provide valid registration details such as GST number, drug license, or business ID where applicable.
• By using this platform, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and lawful.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activities performed through your account will be considered authorized by you.
• In case of unauthorized access, you must notify PixiDrugs support immediately.
• PixiDrugs is not liable for any loss or damage caused by account misuse.

4. Software Usage

The PixiDrugs software is licensed for use; it is not sold. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. Unauthorized use, including sharing your license or account with third parties, may result in suspension or termination.

5. Payment Gateway and Subscription

• PixiDrugs offers paid subscription plans and premium features through integrated payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Paytm, or Stripe).
• All payments made through these gateways are processed securely by the respective payment partners.
• PixiDrugs does not store your credit card, debit card, or banking details.
• Subscription fees are non-transferable and subject to applicable taxes.
• In case of transaction failure, please contact your payment provider first, then reach out to PixiDrugs support with transaction details.

6. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the plan is activated. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Payment charged but subscription not activated
• Authorized cancellation within 3 business days of purchase (subject to admin approval)

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. PixiDrugs reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.

7. Data & Privacy

All data entered into the PixiDrugs system (including billing, inventory, and user information) remains your property. PixiDrugs may access anonymized data for software improvement and analytics. Personal and business information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, designs, and content displayed on PixiDrugs are the intellectual property of PixiDrugs or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use of the platform’s design, source code, or branding is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

PixiDrugs shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from software use, data loss, or third-party issues. The platform is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind regarding uninterrupted access or absolute accuracy of data.

10. Termination or Suspension

PixiDrugs may suspend or terminate user access if there is a violation of these Terms, misuse of the system, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to software features will be revoked, though data backup may be provided upon request.

11. Modifications to Terms

PixiDrugs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once published on our website or within the app. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
